Mothers Day Chocolates Cookies,
German Cakes and Tortes
All of my cakes and Tortes are made with the freshest ingredients and without any kinds of preservatives. As soon as they are made they are frozen to insure best taste.
A lot of "our" German cakes and/or tortes are soaked with different kinds of alcohols, depending on the recipe. If that is a concern for you, please let me know and I can substitute, for example fruit juice.
Also, if allergies to nuts are a concern, please let me know ahead of time.
Even though the name may not indicate, a lot of recipes have almonds ( or other nuts) in them .
All cakes and tortes can be made in different sizes also to fit your special need.
For example this Black Forest Torte was made for a graduation party of 60
guests.
Contains: 48 eggs, 2lbs almonds, 10 pints of cream, 3 lbs of cherries, etc.!!!!

Black Forest Cherry Torte Almond chocolate cake, cut into 3 layers. Each layer soaked with "Kirsch" Schnapps, spread with whipped cream and topped with cherries. Decorated all around with whipped cream, maraschino cherries and chocolate flakes. Size: 12" diameter $35.00

Ham and Cheese Torte A "salty" torte for him. Round bread cut into 3 layers and filled with different cheeses, different meats, olives, pickles, etc. Selection is up to the customer! Size: approx. 12" $ 30.00
