Ingredients :

All of my chocolates are made with the best ingredients.

The "canache " is made from : heavy cream, unsalted butter, chocolate (milk,

dark or white).

Flavores added, depending on which chocolate it is, may be:

-Nuts ( almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts or pecans)

-Fruit flavors ( peach, raspberry, orange, cherry) are real fruit extracts and concentrates.

-Alcohol, again, depending which chocolate, real alcohol is added to the canache cream.

-Whole fruits (cherries, apricots, raisins, plums) are usually soaked in alcohol (vodka, rum)

 

Price:

$8.00 per dozen .

Special orders ( which are not available in the cooler at the time of order) need to be ordered

2 dozen per kind.

If there is a seasonal selection available,

ordering off the list is not possible.

If they are available, you can assort them in whichever quantities you choose.

( Chocolates are taxable if ordered within Wisconsin )

Almond Crunch Diamond

3 layers of chocolate with roasted almond slivers in the center ( white) chocolate.

(Also available with roasted coconut).

Amaretto Pyramids

Large truffle in pyramid shape (dark chocolate), filled with dark chocolate canache that is
flavored with real Amaretto liquor.

Amaretto Mountain

A bite sized truffle with the same filling as the Amaretto Pyramids, but fluted onto a marzipan round.

Butterscotch Schnapps Cups

Milk chocolate canache with real Butterscotch Schnapps in a dark chocolate shell, topped with Krokant ( sugar roasted almonds).

Cherry Rolls

Milk canache with imported Black Forest Cherry Schnapps ( Kirschwasser), dipped in milk chocolate and decorated with dark chocolate.

Cinnunut Diamonds

A 2 layered truffle, milk chocolate canache cream on the bottom with roasted hazelnut, top layer, white canache cream with a touch of cinnamon. Dipped in white and milk choc.

Creme De Menthe Truffle

White chocolate canache cream, flavored with green "Creme de Menthe Liquor", dipped in white chocolate and decorated with a pistachio.

Crunchy Hazelnut

Whole roasted hazelnut surrounded by milk chocolate canache, rolled in roasted hazelnut chunks and dipped in milk chocolate.

Hazelnut /Coffee Truffle

2 roasted hazelnut on a bed of dark coffee canache cream, dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with milk chocolate.

Raspberry Truffle

White canache cream with natural raspberry flavoring and imported raspberry schnapps (Himbeergeist) (optional).

Honey Butter Truffle

Creamy milk chocolate canache with lots of honey, dipped in dark chocolate.

Irish Coffee Truffle

Dark mocha canache cream with whiskey in a dark shell, topped with a white chocolate and cocoa swirl.

Coffee Rum Truffle

Similar to Irish Coffee Truffle, but the whiskey is replaced with rum.

Almond Toffee with Rum Cream

2 square pieces of crunchy almond toffee filled with rum canache cream and dipped in dark chocolate.

Lemon Delights

2 white chocolate wafers filled with a zesty lemon/white chocolate canache.

 

Mocha Vodka Hearts

Dark heart shells filled with a canache cream made of dark chocolate and enhanced with Vodka. Decorated with a red chocolate heart.

Orange Cointreau Truffle

Airy white canache cream with natural orange flavoring, orange zest and Cointreau (optional), dipped in white chocolate and rolled in grated coconut (optional)

Mocha Mountains

Buttery milk canache cream with coffee, fluted into a paper pastry shell, decorated.

Nougat Montilimar

A chewy concoction made with egg white, sugar and honey, full of roasted almonds and pistachios, dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with the same.

Orange Marzipan Star

Imported marzipan enhanced with cointreau and orange peel, dipped into dark chocolate and decorated with a dot of white chocolate and a piece of candied orange.

Canache Triangles

Buttery milk canache cream with vanilla flavoring, dipped in dark chocolate and drizzled with milk chocolate.

 

Rum Raisins

Rum soaked raisins (for a long time!) in a milk chocolate canache cream, covered in dark chocolate and drizzled with milk chocolate.

Cream Caramel Truffle

Milk chocolate caramel cream in a dark shell, decorated with a sugar coated almond.

Very Drunken Cherries

Vodka soaked cocktail cherries surrounded with a dark chocolate canache, dipped in dark chocolate, half dipped in sugar and decorated with a green chocolate leaf.

Walnut Marzipan

Imported marzipan with fresh ground walnuts in a milk chocolate cover and decorated with a piece of walnut.

Honey Walnut Caramel

Chewy honey caramel full of walnuts, dipped in dark chocolate and decorated with a piece of walnut (optional).

Cardamom Bar

Milk chocolate canache with cardamom, cinnamon, allspice and cloves (the Christmas spices!) dipped in milk chocolate.

Also available in a rectangular shape.

Almond Crunch

Lots of fresh roasted almond slivers and chopped candied orange peel (optional) in milk chocolate, drizzled with white chocolate.

Black Forest Cherry Truffle

Creamy milk chocolate canache with imported cherry schnapps ( Kirschwasser), dipped in dark chocolate.

Peaches and Cream Truffle

Creamy white chocolate canache with pieces of peach and peach schnapps, dipped in white chocolate and rolled in white sugar with a bit of red sugar.

Rum Plum

Rum soaked prunes, pureed and layered into a dark chocolate "Fleur de Lis" shell with dark chocolate canache.

Irish Coffee Torte

Whiskey canache in a dark chocolate shell, topped with a swirl of coffee cream canache.  Sprinkled with a bit of cocoa and decorated with a chocolate "coffee bean".

Orange Creme Tip

Fluffy orange cream (canache) fluted into a paper cup and decorated with homemade orange zest.

Whiskey Truffle

Dark chocolate canache , flavored with real Whiskey, dipped into dark chocolate and covered with sugar.

Raspberry Cloud

White chocolate canache, flavored with raspberry aroma, and colored with a drop of red food coloring. Topped with a piece of meringue and drizzled with dark chocolate.

Alex Square

Milk canache cream full with ground, roasted hazelnut. Topped with a layer of marzipan and decorated with milk chocolate.

(when I came up with this chocolate I was thinking of my youth and my first love!. His name is Alex and he is a gifted musician )

4. layer: white chocolate drizzle

 

Almond Rocha
(Mandel Splitter)

Roasted almonds on a bed of dark chocolate cream, covered with dark chocolate.

Champagne Truffle
( Champagner Trueffel)

White chocolate cream flavored with lots of real champagne, dipped in white chocolate and rolled in crystal sugar.

Hazelnut Dream
(Haselnuss Traum)

Milk chocolate cup filled with wonderful hazelnut cream and a whole roasted hazelnut.
