Chocolate Selection for Mothers Day

(Auch hier stehen 12 verschiedene Pralinen zur Auswahl.. Der Preis pro Dutzend betraegt $8.00.  Fuer Geschenkschachteln oder Dosen ein Aufschlag von $3.50

Alle Pralinen werden mit Sahne, Butter und Schokolade zubereitet und je Praline mit Nuessen, Alkohol oder anderen natuerlichen Gescjmackstoffen verfeinert.)

Again 12 different chocolates for you to choose from. My chocolates are all handmade with heavy cream, butter and chocolate and depending on which, will contain nuts, alcohol or other natural flavors.

Price per dozen (assorted as desired) is $8.00

Lemon delight Truffle : White lemon cream between 2 layers of white chocolate buttons

Black Forest Truffle : Milk chocolate canache made with real Kirschwasser ( Imported Cherry

                      Schnapps.) Dipped into dark chocolate.

Irish Coffee Truffle : Milk chocolate shell filled with dark Whiskey canache and white coffee

                   canache.

Butter Canache Truffle ; Milk chocolate canache with a touch of vanilla in milk chocolate.

                      (Not pictured, but for Mothers day  I decorated each square with a little flower )

Strawberry Truffle : Inside a pretty white chocolate shell,  a bit of homemade Strawberry

                    Vanilla jam and strawberry canache.

Caramel Truffle : Milk canache, flavored with caramelized sugar, dipped in milk  chocolate

Mar'lison Truffle : This truffle is named for my 2 friends Marcy and Alison. Both lovers of "Captain

                  Morgan". So, I came up with homemade "Captain Morgan" and created this dark chocolate Truffle

                  for them!!!

Hazelnut Truffle : Hazelnut Gianduja with milk chocolate in a milk chocolate shell

Amaretto Mountain : Dark chocolate canache with Amaretto Liquor, dipped into dk chocolate

Almond Rocha : Fresh roasted Almonds on a bed of dark chocolate canache, dipped into dk

                    chocolate

Pecan Marzipan Truffle: On a bed of Marzipan dipped into milk chocolate, a piece of

                       fresh roasted pecan, attached with white chocolate.

(Wie immer habe ich 12 verschiedene Plaetzchen  fuer diese Saison ausgesucht. Sie sind mit den besten Zutaten wie frischer Butter, Haselnuessen, Mandeln, Pecans, frischen Eiern, usw. gemacht.

Der Preis pro Dutzend betraegt $7.00,  Geschenk verpackt, etwa $3.50 extra fuer Schachteln oder Dosen )

As always I have selected 12 different cookies for this season.

And as always they are made only with the best ingredients like butter, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, fresh eggs etc.

Price per dozen (unwrapped) is $7.00

Packaging in gift tins or gift boxes is available at additional cost. (Apr. $3.50 each)

 

Linzer Tortelet (Linzer Toertchen) : A buttery almond dough, filled with  homemade red plum jelly ,and sprinkled with blanched shredded almonds.

  

 

 

Mojito Cookie (Mojito Plaetzchen) : 2 shortbread cookies made with real lime juice, put together with homemade lime/mint jelly, glaced with fresh squeezed lime juice glace and sprinkled with lime peel.

 

 

Hazelnut Chocolate Spritz ( Haselnuss Schokostange) : Wonderful chocolate dough made with fresh roasted hazelnut, dipped in milk chocolate.

 

 

Vanilla Crescent (Vanillehoernchen) : Buttery almond dough shaped into a crescent, rolled in homemade vanilla sugar and dipped into dark chocolate.

 

 

Almond Triangle (Mandeldreieck) : Thin hazelnut crust smothered  with a concoction of honey, butter, heavy cream and slivered almonds. One side dipped in dark chocolate.

 

 

Coconut Mountain ( Kokosnuss Berg) : A heavenly macaroon made with eggs, sugar, butter and coconut. Bottom dipped in dark chocolate.

 

 

Orange Cream Tortelet (Orangencreme Toertchen) : 2 chocolaty thin cookies put together with a wonderful smooth orange canache. Topped with a whole almond.

 

 

Famous honey cake (Aachner Printen) : Honey dough rolled out on brown rock sugar (Kandis) with a whole blanched almond on top.

 

 

Mama's Walnut Cookie ( Mama's Walnuss Plaetzchen) : For lack of Walnuts, I made them with pecans !! Anyways , a crunchy pecan cookie is topped with jelly and marzipan, dipped into dark chocolate and sprinkled with fresh roasted pecans.

 

 

Butter Star (Butter Gebaeck ) : Melt in your mouth butter cookie in star shape, dipped in cinnamon sugar. This is my great great grandmother's recipe.

 

 

Petit Gingerbread Muffin ( Mini Lebkuchen Muffin) : The feel good taste of a "Lebkuchen" in a bite size muffin, topped with raspberry glace and a dried cranberry.
