Alle Pralinen werden mit Sahne, Butter und Schokolade zubereitet und je Praline mit Nuessen, Alkohol oder anderen natuerlichen Gescjmackstoffen verfeinert.)
Again 12 different chocolates for you to choose from. My chocolates are all handmade with heavy cream, butter and chocolate and depending on which, will contain nuts, alcohol or other natural flavors.
Price per dozen (assorted as desired) is $8.00
Lavender
truffle : white chocolate canache infused with lavender and sprinkled with
crushed lemon drops, dipped into white chocolate and decorated with dried
lavender and lemon drops.
Butter
Canache truffle : melt in your mouth milk chocolate canache with a butter
vanilla flavor, dipped into milk chocolate.
Strawberry
Delight : Creamy white chocolate canache with strawberry aroma between 2 white
chocolate disks.
Grand
Marnier Truffle : Milk chocolate canache, infused with homemade orange liquor ,
dipped into milk chocolate and dusted with dark cocoa.
Amaretto
Square : Dark chocolate canache with Amaretto dipped into dark chocolate and
sprinkled with cocoa nibs ( crushed cocoa beans).
Brandy
Alexander Truffle : Milk chocolate canache with Creme de Cocoa and Brandy ,
dipped into milk chocolate and sitting on a bed of coarse sugar crystals.
Ice
confections : Old fashioned ice cube candy in a fluted cup and decorated with
red and white sprinkles.
Marzipan
Heart : Homemade marzipan (almond paste) in heart shape (not pictured) , dipped
into dark chocolate decorated with a heart imprint .
Cherry
Vodka Truffle : Dark chocolate canache with homemade Cherry Vodka, dipped in
dark chocolate ( sorry , picture got too much light, it is really dark chocolate
!!!) and decorated with red sugar crystals.
Almond
Rocha Truffle : Dark chocolate canache covered with fresh roasted almond
slivers, dipped into dark chocolate and decorated with dark chocolate stripes.
Hazelnut
Delight : Milk chocolate canache with a fresh roasted hazelnut on top, partially
dipped into white chocolate and drizzled with same.
Carrot
Cake Truffle : Caramelized shredded carrots, layered with cream cheese canache,
dipped into milk chocolate, dusted with allspice. ( Really tastes like carrot
cake !!!)
As always you can chose how to assort your chocolates. One each per dozen (2 each per 2 dozen, etc.) .
