All of my cookies are made with the best ingredients.

Unsalted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, powdered sugar, milk, heavy cream, sour cream, cocoa.

As the recipe calls for, I use, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts and pecans.

In some instances, alcohol is used in the glaze, filling or directly in the cookie.

My cookies are always made fresh and frozen immediately, to insure freshness.
